Join four current MLIS students as they discuss “what’s new in library school” and its implications for you and your library. From changes in traditional services and expanding job roles to new technologies and current trends, you won’t miss this overview of today’s classroom knowledge as it relates to public libraries. Topics will include management and administration, reference and public services as well as marketing, Web 2.0 and professional ethics issues.
